Demurrage Solutions approached App Monks to discuss a user friendly App that could manage onsite loading and unloading of services. The Client wanted to control more on team activities and improve their efficiency by developing app in a similar way they managed their business through traditional paper methods. We suggested a developing job tracking app that could manage all the job details accurately and efficiently.
This app was developed in both iOS and Android platforms. The iOS app was developed as a universal app that could be used both in iPhone and iPad. The App manages a team’s time sheet and records time in and time out and captures location. The App provides a digitalized OHNS form, to be completed before commencing a job. The job sheet collects the details of crew members, container details, job started time, end time, location, before work photos, product damage photos and details and after work photos. The job tracking app helps reduce paper work and provides real time data.
This dashboard is divided into three categories; Admin, Company and Depot. All three dashboards or backend administration software provides graphical illustrations about the finished jobs. Admin/business owners can manage company, depots, job sheets, OHNS documents and integrate it with MYOB and create automated invoice and payroll.
